This website is operated by QP International LLC. We are the controller of any personal data processed through it. This policy explains what that involves.
This site is a single informational page. It has no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no payment processing, so we do not collect personal data from you directly through the site.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd, records standard server log data when a page is requested. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time of the request. This data is generated automatically by the web server and is necessary to deliver the site and to detect faults and abuse.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period and are not used to build profiles or to identify individual visitors.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google LLC. When a page loads, your browser requests these font files from Google's servers, which necessarily transmits your IP address to Google. This is required for the site to display as intended, and the legal basis is again our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not set cookies and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
If you write to us at the address below, we process the content of your message and your contact details in order to respond. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We keep correspondence only for as long as it is needed for the matter it concerns, or longer where a legal retention obligation applies.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed by our hosting provider and by Google in connection with the font service described above. As we operate from the United States, Paraguay and Romania, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
